HOw to inquire about a dress

Fill out a form in our instagram bio link with all your details; dress name, date, etc.

HOw to save your date

An inquiry about your dress does not save your dress rental date. The 50% non refundable deposit reserves the dress for your photoshoot date. (The dress calendar changes daily based on bookings.)

Out of State Rental

We ship with UPS ground only. (Not USPS/post office) We can upgrade to faster shipping for additional shipping costs.

We will include the pre-printed return UPS label in the dress box

You drop off the dress box at the UPS store the day after your photoshoot (excluding Sundays)

How long is Out of State dress rental

1 photoshoot date, 2-5 days each way for shipping (shipping days vary by State location)

Local dress Rental

Local pick up is in Riverton Utah.

How long is local dress rental

1 pickup day, 1 photoshoot day, 1 drop off day (or same day pickup and drop off- for those flying in for one day)

SIZING

General sizing: most dresses fit sizes 2-14 with an adjustable waist tie or corset back.

Plus size: fits up to size 22

Madison Dress Sizing

Madison dress fits sizes 2-14. The dress has an adjustable ribbon style corset back. The zipper will be loose for sizes under 12. With the ribbon style back, once zipped you fold the extra material evenly and tighten the ribbon to your bust/ribcage. This dress style is loose- your bump, waist and hip size isn't needed (maternity and non-maternity styles available)

ESther Dress Sizing

The Esther dress fits sizes 2-16 & 32B-36D Bust. (bigger busts will have more bust volume - see photos below). The dress has an adjustable ribbon style corset back. The zipper will be loose for sizes under 12. With the ribbon style back, once zipped you fold the extra material evenly and tighten the ribbon to your bust/ribcage. This dress style is loose- your bump, waist and hip size isn't needed.

Cleaning

The dress is to be returned in the same condition it was received. Please inspect the dress once you receive. If you see anything, DM me a photo ASAP. You are responsible for the cleaning fee.

If you have a hit of dirt or makeup- you can remove it yourself with a small white dish towel, soap and water. DO NOT drop off at your dry cleaners or toss in your washer.

If your dress gets wet, hang dress up on dress hanger to air dry immediately after your shoot. That way you can ship a dry dress the next day. (If sandy, shake out the dress when it is dried - a wet dress is too heavy and may rip)

Basic Cleaning Fee: $15 (small, quick cleaning)

Dry Cleaning Fee: $50 (grass stains, road stains, makeup, spray tans, etc.)

Red Dirt Dry Cleaning Fee: $75 (Moab, Zion, Sedona, Etc)

Hair Removal: $15-50+ - horse, dog, cat, beard hair (You can remove before you return or you will be charged the fee)

REPairs

The dress is to be returned in the same condition it was received. Please inspect the dress once you receive, if you see anything, send me a photo ASAP. You are responsible for the repair or replacement fee when returned.

Basic String Unravel: $15+

Rip/Tear/Holes: $40+

Damaged Beyond Repair: you are responsible for a whole dress replacement ($600+)

NO sparklers or smoke bombs.

what happens if my photoshoot is postponed?

If your photoshoot is cancelled or postponed due to weather, sickness, etc... DM me ASAP. We do not offer refunds (most dresses are booked 2-12 weeks in the calendar). Sometimes if the dress isn't booked the following week, you can extend your rental for an additional $15-25 per day. If the dress is already booked & we are unable to extend your rental, you are still required to return the dress the day after your original photoshoot date. Please make a back up plan for weather just in case (like a studio).

Can I rent for ELOPEMENTS?

Yes, we do rent for elopements. Elopement rentals are additional $150. We freshly dry clean and press the dress (so its perfect for your big day) before we ship, then dry clean again when we receive the dress back.

What Can I rent A Dress for?

Photoshoots, Baby showers, Gender Reveals, Photography workshops

What Can I NOT RENT A Dress for?

Weddings (weddings have a lot of wear and tear on the dress. We do offer dresses for sale), School dances, Fundraisers, Balls, Masquerades, Events

TRAVELING with Dress

Example: "I'm traveling to Paris and I want to rent a dress for a photoshoot" We need the date you are leaving and what day you are returning back to the States. Based on how many days you are traveling will determine if its a regular or extended rental rate.
